Return & Exchange Policy

SYMBOLS is committed to your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, we provide a seamless return and exchange policy within 7 days of order delivery.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange the delivered goods within 7 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and are in undamaged condition and not altered in any way.

Should you wish to exchange goods, please inform/WhatsApp us at 0303-6058405, or email us at info@symbols.com.pk; with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

All products purchased from SYMBOLS can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if;

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications (size, style & fit) of the product
  • In case of any exchange requirement, you must inform us by writing to info@symbols.com.pk or through WhatsApp at 0303-6058405, in case you want to raise a dispute. You will also be required to attach a photographic evidence in case of any defect or damage in the article at the time of delivery. At SYMBOLS, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.
  • There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following;
    • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame
    • The product is damaged because of use
    • The product has been tampered
    • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories
    • Accessories/Jewelry items can not be returned or exchanged

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags still attached. The product should not have been used in any way, and the packaging must be unblemished and intact.

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we are happy to exchange it for you. Simply contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defective/wrong product at info@symbols.com.pk or calling us at 0303-6058405 within 7 days of delivery. Our dedicated team will review the product, and if eligible, we will provide you with an online voucher of the same value as the purchased product.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged 

Items offered in Clearance Sales and Special Discounts will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.

We encourage our customers to thoroughly review the product description and related information before making a purchase to ensure their satisfaction. 

Please note that slight variations in color or texture of the final item may occur due to differences in color of the monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots. We want to ensure transparency and inform you that products cannot be exchanged solely based on these variations.
