Shipping Coverage
We currently offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 is applicable on all orders below PKR 4,990.
Orders with a cart value of PKR 4,990 or above qualify for free nationwide delivery.
Order Confirmation
All orders are manually confirmed via our official WhatsApp support before dispatch.
Orders that remain unconfirmed may be delayed or cancelled to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Dispatch operations are carried out Monday to Saturday during regular working hours.
No dispatches are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:
Major cities: 2–3 working days
Secondary cities: 3–5 working days
Remote areas: up to 5–7 working days
All deliveries are fulfilled through our courier partner.
Delivery timelines may vary due to peak seasons, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
Delivery will be completed upon full payment at the time of receipt, and acknowledgement may be required by the courier.
If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier will attempt one additional delivery attempt.
Orders that remain undelivered after repeated attempts or are refused may be returned and cancelled.
Prepaid Orders
Customers choosing prepaid payment may benefit from priority processing and dispatch.
SYMBOLS may introduce exclusive prepaid incentives or promotions from time to time.

SYMBOLS reserves the right to hold, verify, or cancel any order that appears incomplete, suspicious, or unverifiable in order to maintain service standards and operational sustainability.
