SHIPPING POLICY

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to orders below PKR 4,990, while orders above this amount qualify for free delivery.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–5 working days for most cities.

All deliveries are fulfilled through our courier partner. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Dispatch operations are carried out Monday to Saturday during regular working hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt one additional delivery attempt, after which the order may be returned.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange the delivered goods within 7 days of delivery on presentation of the original slip, provided the goods are unused, packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and are in undamaged condition and not altered in any way. Should you wish to exchange goods, please inform/WhatsApp us at 0303-6058405, or email us at info@symbols.com.pk; our rider will pick product from your doorstep. We do not charge for delivery in case of exchange. The company’s decision in these matters will be considered final. For further details, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we are happy to exchange it for you. Simply contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defective/wrong product at info@symbols.com.pk or calling us at 0303-6058405 within 7 days of delivery. Our dedicated team will review the product, and if eligible, we will provide you with an online voucher of the same value as the purchased product. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. We reserve the right to cancel your order for reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined payment, or inaccurate pricing.
