Dispatch operations are carried out Monday to Saturday during regular working hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt one additional delivery attempt, after which the order may be returned.

You may exchange the delivered goods within 7 days of delivery on presentation of the original slip, provided the goods are unused, packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and are in undamaged condition and not altered in any way.
